SDI designed the food service components to support a 150-seat upscale restaurant, a 100-seat restaurant club that overlooks the sculpture atrium, a bar and cigar lounge, several pantries serving meeting rooms and executive offices, a grocery store and deli operation offering lunch, dinner, and take-out items, and catering services ranging from coffee and snacks to full meal service.
