The employee and guest dining facility can accommodate 630 diners, including outside seating. A smaller cafe with a limited menu will be open when the larger facility is closed.

The facility will have a 500-seat auditorium, 4 conference rooms, a modern fitness center, a state-of-the-art health center, and a library.
