Building A included a production kitchen and a fresh-market servery to support a 300-seat dining room: various food boutiques, an espresso bar, a custom sandwich station, bakery and dessert display, pizza station with wood-burning pizza oven, grill-to-order counter with BBQ menu, and a custom-order salad station. Building B features a custom sandwich counter/coffee bar and an Asian market grill counter.
This facility is the state's first Silver LEED-certified project.
