A 30-acre convention center and performing arts theater that includes a 20,000 square-foot convention center with flexible airwalls for smaller banquet functions; 6 dedicated meeting rooms ranging from 600 to 2,000 square feet; a 40,000 square-foot theater with 1,100 to 1,500 seats; and a 50,000 square-foot, full-service kitchen that includes a banquet pantry, banquet service station, convention center concessions, performing arts center concessions/bars, and mobile thematic carts/kiosks.
