Phase I of the project included six office buildings. The employee dining facility is located in a three‑level, 350,000 sf common facility with an enclosed circulation spine. A retail shop is located in the center building near the dining facility. The shop sells employees basic sundry items, a variety of prepackaged foods, cold and frozen goods and beverages, and will serve as a dry-cleaning pickup and drop-off point.
