Fred is focused on the process of understanding a client’s needs, identifying their obstacles, and finding solutions while efficiently managing the team throughout all phases of a project. Fred directs all phases of a project and handles daily client interaction. He has more than 20 years of experience in the resort and restaurant industries, primarily as a chef, but has held almost every title available, from bar manager to general manger. As a result, Fred understands the importance of being an energetic, trusted member of a collective team and the value of coordinated planning.
