As SDI’s President, Fred is focused on the process of understanding a client’s needs, identifying their obstacles and finding solutions while efficiently managing the team throughout all phases of a project. He is a graduate of Culinary Institute of America and has more than 20 years of operational experience in the resort and restaurant industries, primarily as a chef. During this time, Fred discovered an interest in culinary design, back of house design and planning.
The decision was made to leave the culinary world, and for the last 15 years, Fred has been dedicated to the food service, laundry, back of house planning and design field. During this time he has had the pleasure of working on multiple projects in every sector of the industry, along with a great team of professionals.
